Post Focus Group Survey — Update
In January of this year, three focus groups made up of public library directors shared thoughts about system services, governance, regional connections, local control, and other topics with the Steering Committee through the facilitation services of Russell Consulting. Initially, the Steering Committee thought that a survey would be shared with the larger public library community, but decided at the January 18th Steering Committee to share the survey only with public library directors throughout the state to test the findings of the focus groups. There will be one survey response per library and the survey runs February 14 – March 1.
